What It Actually Controls

The NX-1 handles a 24-hour on/off timer with an inverse function for flexible scheduling, output level adjustment from 50% to 115% for dialling in exact intensity, and ballast type selection across the common 315W to 1000W range so it matches whatever fixtures you're actually running. You can switch the output display between watts or percentage depending on how you prefer to read it. A built-in sunrise and sunset period ramps light levels up and down gradually rather than switching instantly, which reduces stress on plants at the start and end of each light cycle.

Running Two Rooms Independently

With 2 outputs and 2 temperature sensors, the NX-1 is set up for running two separate spaces on different schedules, useful if you're running a 12/12 flower room and a vegetative space simultaneously. Each output supports up to 40 ballasts, for a total of 80 across both channels, whether that's split evenly across two rooms or concentrated in one larger space.
