Shipping policy
Apex Grow ships Australia-wide from Melbourne, Victoria. We use a weight-based shipping system so your shipping cost accurately reflects the size and weight of your order.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only — Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed from the start of the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification via email. Estimated delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Carriers
Orders under 10kg are dispatched via Australia Post. Orders over 10kg are dispatched via Direct Freight or TNT Express depending on destination and product type.
For all freight quote orders, you can complete your purchase without paying for shipping upfront. We will calculate the most competitive rate and contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed. Your order will be dispatched once the freight invoice is confirmed. You will always have the option to accept the revised rate or receive a full refund.
Shipping Rate Disclaimer
*Our flat rate shipping tiers are reviewed regularly to ensure they accurately reflect current carrier pricing. In exceptional circumstances where carrier rate adjustments or fuel surcharges result in a significant difference between the rate displayed at checkout and our actual freight cost — particularly for heavier orders or remote area deliveries — we reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping invoice before dispatch. This is rare and will only occur in genuinely unusual circumstances. You will always have the option to accept the revised rate or receive a full refund. We will never dispatch an order with additional charges without your prior approval.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packed discreetly with no external markings indicating the contents of your package. We respect your privacy.
Delivery Restrictions
- PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are supported for orders under 10kg via Australia Post only. Direct Freight and TNT require a physical street address for all freight orders.
- Freight deliveries are booked as Authority to Leave by default. If your delivery location is not secure, add a note at checkout requesting Signature Required.
Dispatch and Transit Times
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT metro: 2 to 5 business days
- WA, NT, TAS and regional areas: 5 to 12 business days
Large freight items may occasionally experience longer transit times.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
