Why THC Nutrients

THC stands for Total Horticultural Concentrate, and the concentrate part is the whole point. Most of the range doses at around 2ml per litre where a standard-strength nutrient wants considerably more, so a bottle covers a lot more feeds than the label size suggests. If you've been getting through base nutrient faster than you'd like, that's the reason to look here.

For coco, THC Coco A&B is the starting point. Coco holds onto calcium and magnesium in a way that catches out growers coming from soil, and the formula accounts for that. If you're on RO water or running LED, THC Cal-Mag on top is worth it. Add THC Silica early for stem strength, and put it in the water first, since potassium silicate is strongly alkaline and will react with your other concentrates if you pour it in last.

Into flower, THC Roid is the high-PK booster for size and density, and THC Eksit is the finisher for the last weeks before harvest.

Two products here are for when something's already gone wrong. THC Reskue is for chlorosis, stress and lockout, and it's meant to be used instead of tearing up your whole feed program. THC Rhizo Shield works the other way round, defending the root zone before there's a problem.

Worth being honest about Reskue though. It only helps if the problem actually is nutrient lockout, and lockout looks a lot like several things that aren't. Frequently Asked Questions

How is THC different from a standard-strength nutrient line?
It's concentrated, typically around 2ml per litre against the higher doses standard nutrients need. Same result, less product per feed, so a bottle lasts longer.

Do I still need Cal-Mag if I'm running Coco A&B?
Coco A&B already accounts for coco's usual calcium demand. Growers on RO water, running LED, or seeing early deficiency signs generally add Cal-Mag on top anyway.

Why does Silica have to go in the water first?
Potassium silicate is strongly alkaline. Added to a mixed reservoir it can react with your other concentrates and drop things out of solution. Water first, Silica second, everything else after.

When should I reach for Reskue instead of changing my feed?
When a plant is showing chlorosis or lockout despite a correctly mixed feed. If the feed itself is wrong, fix that first. Reskue is for recovery, not for covering a dosing mistake.
